What We Collect

When you complete the Hunter AI Index, we collect your name, job title, work email, company name, industry sector, local government area, approximate headcount and revenue band, your survey responses, and your calculated results.

 

Why We Collect It

We use this information to calculate and deliver your AI readiness results, generate your personalised Operational Rewiring Roadmap, and send you the confirmation email containing both. Your responses also contribute, in anonymised and aggregated form, to the Hunter AI Index regional benchmark dataset.

Who Sees It

Your information is accessible only to Marnie Davey and authorised personnel of Integrated Contracting Pty Ltd. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Anonymised, aggregated benchmark data does not identify any individual or organisation.

 

Where It Is Stored

Your information is stored in Google Sheets and Wix CRM. Some data may be stored on servers located outside Australia. Email is sent via Microsoft 365 from index@integratedai.com.au.

 

How Long We Keep It

We retain your information for 24 months from the date of collection. After that period it is deleted from all systems, unless you have engaged with IAI commercially.

 

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing index@integratedai.com.au. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Anonymised benchmark data derived from your responses cannot be individually identified or deleted.
