Terms of Use

Effective date: 16 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hunter AI Index at index.integratedai.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the diagnostic tool.

The Hunter AI Index is operated by Integrated AI (IAI), a division of Integrated Contracting Pty Ltd (ABN 56 600 055 285).

2. What the Hunter AI Index Is

The Hunter AI Index is a self-reported AI readiness diagnostic tool designed for manufacturing and industrial operations in the Greater Hunter region of New South Wales, Australia. It is an educational and planning resource, not a professional advisory service.

Completing the Hunter AI Index does not constitute engagement of IAI as an adviser, consultant, or service provider. Any commercial engagement with IAI is subject to a separate agreement.

3. Limitations of the Diagnostic

The Hunter AI Index produces results based solely on the information you provide. Results reflect your self-reported responses at the time of completion. They are indicative only and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment of your organisation's AI readiness, capabilities, or risks.

IAI does not warrant that the results produced by the Hunter AI Index are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The diagnostic is a starting point for strategic conversation, not a substitute for professional advice.

Results may change over time as your organisation's circumstances change, as the diagnostic tool is updated, or as the regional benchmark dataset develops. IAI recommends completing the diagnostic again at six to twelve month intervals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAI's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Hunter AI Index — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to zero dollars ($0). The Hunter AI Index is provided free of charge as an educational resource. IAI excludes all implied warranties and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, copy, design, methodology, scoring framework, archetype definitions, and materials associated with the Hunter AI Index are the intellectual property of Integrated Contracting Pty Ltd. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialise any part of the Hunter AI Index, its results, or associated materials without the prior written consent of IAI.

Your Operational Rewiring Roadmap is produced for your personal and organisational use. You may share it internally within your organisation. You may not publish it, sell it, or distribute it externally without IAI's written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Hunter AI Index for its intended purpose only. You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your responses

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the scoring methodology

  • Use automated means to access or complete the diagnostic

  • Use your results in a way that misrepresents IAI's assessment or methodology

  • Interfere with the operation of the diagnostic tool or IAI's systems

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

7. Changes to These Terms

IAI may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be published at index.integratedai.com.au/terms. Continued use of the Hunter AI Index after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
